Mirador de Costalita is a luxurious resort in a wonderful location with spectacular views of the Mediterranean.

On the New Golden Mile between Marbella & Estepona the complex is situated only 800m from the Los Flamingos Golf Course and only a short walk to Costalita beach which has 2 very popular beach restaurants. Nearby there are many other golf courses and a spa hotel, where you can be pampered.

Puerto Banus with its shops, restaurants and world-class nightlife is only a 10 minutes drive away.

Location

Only a few minutes from San Pedro and Estepona, Mirador de Costalita is in a wonderful spot. Close to the beach and surrounded by prestigious golf courses, first class horse-riding centres and natural parks it is also just

a short drive from the many attractions of Marbella and Puerto Banus.

The charming little village of Cancelada, which has several shops and restuarants is about 15 minutes walk away. Plus just 10 minutes by car is the beautiful mountain village of Benahavis with its renowned restaurants.

Nearby you will find a wide range of shops, bars and  excellent restaurants plus a choice of good supermarkets.

A car is essential to enjoy your holiday and to explore the beautiful province of Andalucía to the full.

Mirador de Costalita is a delightful development of luxury homes where the architecture makes the most of the wonderful views to the sea.

We have a choice of 2 identical first floor apartments, which have everything for a perfect holiday. Both have been equipped and elegantly furnished to the highest of standards.

The living room and main bedroom in both apartments lead on to a spacious south-facing terrace is a great spot for relaxing or enjoying a meal al fresco with wondeful sea-views.

These are superb apartments in a lovely development and together with the superior standard of equipment are sure to guarantee you a fantastic holiday.

As the apartments are next door to one anothere they would make an ideal choice for 2 families travelling together.

• Prices include apartment rental, final cleaning, linen, towels, normal electricity consumption, underground car parking. Additional cleaning is available and payable locally.
• *Low season discount - for parties of 2 people using only 1 bedroom there is a discount of 50€ per week and 25€ per short break
• Arrival day is Saturday - other days may be possible subject to arrangement.
• Prices are based on date the week begins - the extra night price for short breaks is taken from the period in which the night falls.
• Short Breaks are subject to availability and arrival may be on any day subject to agreement.
