All the apartments have easy access to to the gardens and pool - indeed the one on the ground floor has direct access to the gardens from the terrace.

Las Mozas is largely residential so very quiet and tranquil yet close to all the restaurants and the centre of the village so a great choice for a relaxing holiday.

Location

At the entrance to Benahavis overlooking the River Guadalmina in a peaceful spot, surrounded by the mountains Las Mozas is in an excellent location with the shops and restaurants of the village less than 10 minutes walk away.

There is a wonderful choice of country walks around Benahavis, the surrounding views offer artists many opportunities and there are many golf courses and beaches within a few kilometres drive. Plus if you seek some bright lights and world class shopping and nightlife Marbella and Puerto Banus are also nearby.

Accommodation

In a private gated community of just 27 luxury apartments built round a sparkling pool pool and subtropical gardens with palms and fruit trees these apartments offer spacious and supremely comfortable accommodation.

The apartments (two or three bedrooms)

The apartments are stylishly furnished to a very high standard and enjoy air conditioning and heating. There is everything you need here for a perfect holiday.

There is a large living/dining room with a fireplace, a well equipped kitchen, two or three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

There is one two bedroom apartment on the ground floor with a simply huge terrace that enjoys superb views and is furnished as a wonderful outside room - from the terrace there are steps down to the gardens .Three apartments are on the first floor (one with three bedrooms and two with two) and have large balconies also with incredible views.

The penthouse (one bedroom)

We are now able to offer exclusively a one bedroom penthouse that has a large private terrace with panoramic views and all day sun. Although smaller and more simply equipped than the other apartments it has everything you need for a great holiday and offers excellent value for money.

There is a comfortable living room with an open plan kitchen, a double bedroom and a shower room. The large and very private terrace is a wonderful place to relax. The apartment is approached by lift and then a flight of stairs

          to offer a discount of 40€ per week and 25€ per short break subject to availability.

• Arrival day is flexible
• Prices are based on date the week or short break begins - the extra night price for short breaks is taken from the period in which the night falls. Any durations are possible please ask for a quote.
