How to book

If the dates or property you
request are not available we will try to offer an alternative.
- A deposit of 30% of the booking
value must be received within 5 working days of confirmation and the
balance at least 8 weeks (10 weeks at Bel Air Platinum) before arrival;
otherwise your booking may be cancelled. We are unable to send reminders
so please put the payment date in your diary.
- For properties
priced in Euros we accept direct transfers to our Spanish bank account.
- For properties
priced in Sterling we accept direct transfers to our UK bank account.
- Some properties offer a choice of currency - we shall
confirm the price in the currency of your choice.If your chosen accommodation
is only priced in Euros payment
in £ Sterling may be accepted by agreement (at that day’s
rate of exchange) plus a service charge of £20 per booking. or
if the property is priced in £ Sterling you may pay in Euros (at
that day’s rate of exchange) plus a service charge of 30€
per booking.
- We also take Euro and £
Sterling payments through PayPal. Even if you do not have a PayPal account
you may pay by American Express , Visa or Mastercard through the PayPal
Secure Server - there is a charge of 3.5% of the booking value for using
these services.
- We regret that we cannot take credit card payments
directly.

Terms
and conditions
- Arrivals
and departures are usually flexible by agreement.
- Arrival time
may be between 16.00 and 20.00. Departure time is 10.00.
- Early check-in
or late check-out may be possible by prior agreement. For arrivals planned
after 20.00 out of hours charges apply (20.00 - 00.00 35€
after 00.00 75€.)
- The rental
price includes apartment rental, linen, towels and electricity/gas for
normal consumption.For full details see each individual property details.
- Once we have
confirmed your booking and received payment we guarantee the price will
not change. However we do reserve the right to change prices at any
time.
- From time
to time we may make special offers – these prices apply to new
bookings only
- Price match
guarantee - if you find the same or an identical apartment available
on another site for a lower price we will match the price but only at
the time of booking - there are no retrospective price matches.
- If you use
more than average electricity (30€ per week) you will be charged
on departure.
- At some properties a security deposit is required.
This must be received in our UK bank account before your arrival
and will be refunded within 5 days of your departure minus any deductions
for damage to the property:

- At
Bel Air Platinum you will need to leave a credit card
imprint.
The security deposit may not be paid
using PayPal
- Loss of keys
will be charged locally to cover the locksmith’s charge.
- For stays
of longer than 9 nights bed linen and towels in the bathroom are changed
weekly.
- Cleaning
is included at the beginning and end of your stay. Extra cleaning may
be arranged at a cost of 17€ per hour - minimum 2 hours.
- If you want
to change your booking an administration fee of 25€ will be charged.
Bookings can only be changed subject to the owner's approval.
- If you cancel
cancellation charges will be levied as follows:
More than 6 weeks before arrival – Deposit
Within 6 weeks – Full cost
No charge if you find someone to replace you.
- If for any
reason we have to change your booking we will offer you alternative
accommodation of a similar or higher standard or a full refund.
- From time
to time certain services such as a pool may be unavailable due to to
unforeseen circumstances or maintenance. We shall whenever possible
inform you of any such changes to facilities however in the event that
we are not informed before your arrival we cannot accept responsibility
for such changes.
- It is essential
that you ensure you have adequate travel insurance to cover cancellation,
medical expenses and damage or loss to your personal property.
- The apartment
may be rented for the maximum number of persons stated and may not be
used for larger parties .Please check about suitability for small children.
- A contract
is deemed to be in place upon receipt of payment. Your contract
is with the owner of the property. The person making the booking
accepts the booking conditions on behalf of all members in the party.
- We cannot
guarantee special requests.
- All owners request that guests only smoke outside.
- Pets are not allowed
