on the hillside surrounded by mountains and with spectacular views of
the Guadlmina Valley and Gorge. Only a few minutes walk from the centre
of Benahavis the location is perfect.
This is a luxurious, spacious and elegant home with a large terrace that enjoys the most wonderful vistas of the surrounding mountains El Casar is ideal for a large family, two families traveling together or a group of friends.
El Casar has 3 sparkling swimming pools and a club-house with gym and indoor pool.
Location
In an elevated position with lovely views El Casar is close to the centre of the village - about 10 minutes walk. Puerto Banus is only 15 minutes away in the car and Marbella a little further.The nearest beach is only 8kms away.
The area is surrounded by many superb golf courses and there are many other sports including tennis and riding nearby.
For walkers the location is perfect - there are mountain trails and easy walks along the river.
Benahavis has a choice of about 20 restaurants and bars. There are banks, a pharmacy, two small food shops, galleries plus a few other small shops. Supermarkets are less than 10 minutes drive away.
If you are looking for the an international and cosmopolitan atmosphere Marbella and Puerto Banus offer fabulous shops, sophisticated bars, restaurants and night-clubs.
Accommodation
This is a property of distinction and immense style.
On the ground floor there is the large living/dining room, a large, superbly equipped kitchen and a guest cloakroom. There are patio doors opening onto the huge terrace, which is furnished as an outdoor room with a sofa and chairs, dining table, bbq and sun loungers.
Three bedrooms are on the first floor and all have luxurious en suite bathrooms.
On the lower ground floor there is a fourth bedroom with a bathroom and a laundry room.
The house has been luxuriously furnished and is equipped to the highest of standards.
If you would like to dine at home we can arrange private catering - anything from a cocktail party to a five course dinner.
The house is not suitable for wheelchairs and people who have difficulty with stairs.
The style and design of the house make this also unsuitable for children under 4

- Prices include house rental, final cleaning, linen, towels and electricity.
- Arrival day is Saturday - other arrival days are possible by agreement.
- The minimum stay is one week.
- Maid service is available (2 hours) at an extra charge of 30€ per day. Linen and
towels are changed weekly but extra changes are available at extra cost.
- A security deposit of £500 is required for all bookings.
