Our charges are reasonable and fair. Because you have only the services you want we will negotiate a management fee based on your exact requirements, taking into account the location, size and type of property. Our fee structure includes an annual retainer to cover the routine services; other services are charged at cost plus a 10% management fee.

For some services there is a flat fee plus cost e.g. Welcome Packs are charged at cost plus 5€ and if a major shop is requested that is cost plus15€. If we rent your home we take a commission on the rental charge.

Advertising your property on this website is free.

Depending on the services you require, the size and the location of your property you can expect to pay a retainer of about 400€ to 2000€ p.a. plus charges for cleaning, maintenance and repairs, shopping etc.For larger properties with more work entailed it may be more but be assured the charges are tailored to your needs.
