- Liaise with the constructor over optional extras and changes that you have requested or decide to have done to ensure everything is done as you require.
- Inspect the property and produce a snag list as completion draws near. Then ensure that snags are done.
- Ensure the place is really clean for your first visit.
- Book you somewhere to stay when you want to come to Spain during the build.
- Arrange for light-fittings to be installed, furniture etc. delivered, satellite TV to be installed or even a complete interior design package.
