Soto de Guadaiza is well located in a very peaceful location in Nueva Andalucia just a couple of minutes from San Pedro and Puerto Banus, where you will find an excellent choice of shops, bars and restaurants. and Marbella is also within a few minutes drive.
Plus you are surrounded by many fine golf courses for players
of all standards.La Quinta, Los Naranjos and Los Arqueros
are the closest
This area has many excellent beaches, the nearest at San Pedro are just a few minutes drive from the house.
There
is a large market in San Pedro on Thursdays and at the Puerto
Banus Bullring you will find an even bigger market on Saturdays.
For eating out there are many fine restaurants close by and a 10 minute drive will bring you to Benahavis which is justifiably proud of its choice of great places to eat.

Soto de Gaudaiza is a small development of just 22 townhouses built over 3 floors and which share a lovely large pool.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living/dining room, which is elegantly furnished and has twin patio doors opening on to the terrace and private garden. There is also a well equipped kitchen and a guest cloakroom.
There is a gate from the garden directly to the communal gardens and pool.
Upstairs
there is a master bedroom and en suite bathroom, two further bedrooms
and a family bathroom.

For contracts of 3 months or more the monthly apartment rental is 1000€ per month plus the
