Villa
Don Carlos is in a wonderful location surrounded by mountains and with
spectacular views of the Guadlmina Valley and Gorge yet only a few minutes
on foot from the centre of Benahavis.This a luxurious,
spacious and stylish home with a large private pool surrounded by lawns
and terraces.
The villa is available only for the months of
July and August. There is a minimum stay of 1 week.
Location
In an elevated position with fine views Villa Don Carlos is close to the centre of the village - 5 minutes on foot. Puerto Banus and Marbella are both only a few minutes away in the car and the nearest beach is only 8kms away.
The area is surrounded by many golf courses and there are many other sports including tennis and riding nearby.
For walkers the location is perfect - there are mountain trails and easy walks along the river.
Benahavis has a wide choice of restaurants and there are banks, a pharmacy, two small food shops, galleries plus a few other small shops. Supermarkets are less than 10 minutes away in the car and for shopaholics the whole area has much to offer.
If you are looking for the bright lights Marbella and Puerto Banus offer sophisticated bars, restaurants and night-clubs.
Accommodation
This
is a home full of character and charm with elegant and flexible accommodation.
There is a large living/dining room and a large, well equipped open plan kitchen. Patio doors lead on to a terrace which is ideal for relaxing.
There are 2 staircases to the first floor. At the top of one is a master bedroom with an en suite shower-room and a twin bedroom suitable for children also en suite. At the top of the second staircase is another master suite - this is air conditioned.
The villa is beautifully furnished and supremely well equipped.
At ground floor level there is a pretty courtyard, a large furnished terrace and small garden.
Higher up the slope and accessed from the first floor or via steps from the courtyard is a wonderful large private pool surrounded by gardens and a spacious terrace with a bbq.
Across the courtyard is a separate 'casita' which can be booked as extra accommodation.
It has twin beds and an en suite bathroom - ideal for guests who seek a little extra privacy.
The main garden area and pool is reached via a staircase from the courtyard or from the first floor of the main villa. Here you will find a large pool, extensive lawns, a furnished terrace and bbq area. The garden is surrounded by 'green belt' so is not overlooked and totally private.
If you would like to dine at home we can arrange private catering - anything from a cocktail party to a five course dinner.

- Prices include villa rental, final cleaning, linen, towels and electricity.
- Arrival day is Saturday.
- Maid service is available daily (2 hours) at an extra charge of 32€ per day. Linen and
towels are changed weekly but extra changes are available at extra cost.
- A security deposit of £500 is required for all bookings.
