Valley and Gorge yet only a few minutes on foot from the centre of Benahavis.
This is a luxurious, spacious and stylish home with a south facing private, heated pool and extensive terraces. You have total privacy virtually in the centre of Benahavis.
The owner has chosen fittings of the highest quality including Philippe Starck bathrooms and together with the well planned and airy accommodation make this a villa with 'wow' factor.
Location
In
an elevated position with fine views the villa is close to the centre
of the village. Puerto Banus and Marbella are both only
a few minutes away in the car and the nearest beach is only 8kms away.
The area is surrounded by many golf courses and there are many other sports including tennis and riding nearby.
For walkers the location is perfect - there are mountain trails and easy walks along the river.
Benahavis has a wide choice of restaurants and there are banks, a pharmacy, two small food shops, galleries plus a few other small shops.
Supermarkets
are less than 10 minutes away in the car and for shopaholics the whole
area has much to offer.
If you are looking for the bright lights Marbella and Puerto Banus offer sophisticated bars, international restaurants and night-clubs.
But if you would like to dine at home without the work we can arrange private catering
- anything from a cocktail party to a five course dinner.
Accommodation
This
is a stunning, modern home full charm with elegant and flexible accommodation.
On the ground floor there is a beautiful living/dining room with a fireplace and open plan kitchen. This spacious area is light
and airy enjoying fabulous views from all the windows. There are comfortable sofas and easy chairs, a flat screen TV and all you need to relax.
Also on the ground floor is a master suite with bathroom and a further bedroom and bathroom.
A spiral staircase leads to the master suite on the first floor. This is decorated in a cool colonial style and has an exceptional bathroom. There are breathtaking views from the windows on two sides and a small balcony.
The
villa is furnished for the most discerning of guests and supremely well
equipped.
Patio doors from the living room lead on to a large terrace and the heated pool. Here you can enjoy lazy days and for dining al fresco
it is perfect .South facing the terrace is not overlooked and has the most wonderful views.
Below the terrace and down a flight of steps are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom. These may be booked with the villa but are not let separately.
The
flexible accommodation is ideal for a family or two families or maybe
a group of friends.

- Prices include villa rental, final cleaning, linen, towels and electricity and normal gas heating costs. Pool heating during the months November to March incl is at an extra charge
of 100£.
- Arrival day is Saturday.
- Maid service is available daily (2 hours) at an extra charge of 30€ per day. Linen and
towels are changed weekly but extra changes are available at extra cost.
- A security deposit of £500 is required for all bookings.
