Casa Nicarola, which was designed by the owners and built in 1980 is a
delightful house, enjoyed by all who come to stay . Though not luxurious
it is spacious, comfortable and in a superb location. Casa Nicarola offers
great value for money and is ideal for a relaxing holiday.
It has magnificent views to the sea over rolling hills with Gibraltar and North Africa visible on clear days.
Location
This large villa is set in a very quiet location in the hills above San Pedro de Alcantara, fifteen minutes from Marbella and only ten minutes from the fashionable Puerto Banus. The charming village of Benahavis with its fine choice of restaurants is a short 10 minute drive away.
There are many fine beaches within a few minutes in the car. Casa Nicarola is only 5 minutes from Los Arqueros and La Quinta Golf Clubs with many other top class golf courses close by.

San Pedro, Marbella and Puerto Banus have excellent shops and markets, fine restaurants and world-class nightlife for those who like the bright lights.
There are water sports, horse riding, tennis and other sports facilities close by and the area also is great walking country.
Accommodation
The house is approached via its own drive and is surrounded by large,
secluded sub-tropical gardens.
A beautiful antique door opens onto a dining hall (not normally used during the summer months) and a large living room with a central fireplace between the two.
The airy living room opens onto a large covered terrace which is perfect for dining al fresco and relaxing.
On the ground floor there is also a fully equipped kitchen, two twin-bedded rooms and a bathroom.
Upstairs
there is a spacious master bedroom with bathroom en suite and an extensive
private terrace.
