Villa
Banus is a charming detached villa a few yards from the beach and
within a 10 minutes walk of the heart of Puerto Banus. Though not
luxurious it is very comfortable and in a superb location, plus great
value.
Location
Just a few minutes walk from Puerto Banus yet in a peaceful area of Marbella the location is excellent. nearby you will find shops, cafes, bars, restaurants and sports facilities. Puerto Banus and Marbella both offer fantastic shopping and a wealth of dining options.
There is a lovely beach 200m away where you will find one of the best beach restaurants of the Costa del Sol.
With every amenity and the nightlife of Puerto Banus within comfortable walking distance, a car is not essential to enjoy your holiday; however we do recommend one to explore the stunning province of Andalucía to the full. There are taxis and a bus service if you prefer not to drive.

is a large living/dining room and a big open plan kitchen. The master
bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and the 2 twin bedrooms share a shower
room.
The villa is comfortably furnished and has a pretty, secluded garden with sun-loungers. There is a covered terrace ideal for outdoor dining plus a roof terrace.
The villa shares a pool with its twin property next door.
